Breastfeeding Support

Human breastmilk is the only single food that meets almost all essential nutritional requirements. We encourage all families to exclusively breastfeed or provide breastmilk only for the first six months of life, then introduce solid foods and continue to breastfeed through their first year of life and beyond.

It is our goal to do our best to reach your breastfeeding goals and put the needs of your baby first. We respect each family’s feeding goals as long as you are feeding your baby!

Every momma and every baby are different, so whether this is your first baby or your fifth baby, breastfeeding can be a challenge. That’s why we are here to help!

Call us to book an appointment with our Certified Lactation Consultant, Megan Ridley, IBCLC-RLC.

We can help with:

• Latching and positioning the baby at the breast
• Breast and nipple care
• Weighted feeds
• Engorgement
• Mastitis
• Slow weight gain in babies
