Dr. O'Brien is a native of Kennesaw, Georgia. She earned her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Children's Hospital at Erlanger/TC Thompson and is currently board eligible. In addition to being a pediatrician, Dr. O'Brien is also a certified lactation counselor. She is married with two children.
